Costantino Mtweve(Founder)
Costantino Victor Mtweve is the Founder and Chairman of Sauti ya Mtaa Foundation (SM Foundation), a youth-focused organization dedicated to empowering young people through mentorship, leadership development, skills training, education, and community engagement.
With over 17 years of leadership experience in youth development, nonprofit leadership, and community transformation, Costantino has dedicated his life to helping young people discover their potential, build confidence, and become responsible leaders who positively impact their communities. His work has involved mentoring youth, leading national initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and creating opportunities that equip young people with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
Born and raised in Zanzibar, Tanzania, Costantino is a civil engineer, leadership practitioner, author, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment. He is the author of A Servant in Leadership, a book that inspires current and future leaders to lead with humility, integrity, and a commitment to serving others.
As Founder and Chairman of Sauti ya Mtaa Foundation (SM Foundation), Costantino envisions a generation of empowered, purpose-driven young people who are equipped to transform their communities and contribute to Africa’s development. Through mentorship, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership development, he continues to invest in the next generation of changemakers.
His mission is to inspire youth, unlock potential, and create opportunities that transform lives and build a brighter future for Africa.
