Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Description
We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team and lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex design challenges, values data-driven design, and enjoys mentoring junior designers while collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing teams.

What You'll Do
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design specs for both web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the user experience.
- Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and UI standards.
- Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, visual design, and real-world product impact.
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for solving problems through great design.
